1. Procedure for adding a new item to the shelf.
First you need ensure that the publication is in the library. For details on how to add
an publikation and author to the library, see procedure 3.
To put an existing publication on the Bookshelf, copy the publication-entry file from
../library/entry to ../library/bookshelf/content/ .
The file ../litterature/bookshelf/bookshelf.htm contains references to the publications on
display. Edit this file to point to the new publication. To complete this you need to add
title, image, and description of the publication. The image should be found at
../library/<author>/presantation/<publication>-data
Edit the image hyperlink to point to the library-entry file in ../bookshelf/content. This
completes the procedure.
2. Procedure for removing an item from the shelf.
Delete the entry from the ../litterature/bookshelf/bookshelf.htm file.
Remove the ../litterature/bookshelf/content/<publication>-entry file from the
directory to clean up. This completes the procedure.
3. Procedure for adding an item to the library.
About the library directory structure

../presantation/<publication>-data/ contains data for presantation
of a publication, such as images and icons etc.
First you need to import the document to ../docs, this document will be refered to by
the library entry file that you will create under the ../entry directory.
Secondly You will also need to create a new directory under ../presantation in the form
<publication-name>-data, here you will place data relevant to the presantation of
the publikaton such as icon etc. Create an icon in the format 90x120 pixels in this
directory.
Third, to create a libray entry file open the mal-entry.htm file from the ../entry directory. Alter the title and file name to your publication name. Set the relevant hyperlinks (publisher, order, author presantation). And edit the table as you wish. Alter the image, to your image (the one you created in the second step). Set the hyperlink for this image to point to the document in ../docs .
This completes the registration of an publication in the library.
3.1 Procedure for adding a new author /directory structure.
4. Procedure for removing an item from the library.
Remove directory and content in directory
root../litteratur/library/<author>/presantation/<publication name>-data/
Remove the publication entry in directory
root ../lit../lib../entry/<publication name>-entry.htm
Remove the document/s from directory
root ../lit../lib../<author>/docs/<publication name>.htm
This completes the procedure.
5. Procedure for adding a publicaton to the bookstore.
In the file ../litterature/bookstore/bhandel.htm, fill in the relevant information in
the table, and set a hyperlink on the title refering to ../library/entry/<publication
name>-entry.htm; the library-entry file.
Refer to procedure 3. for details on adding a publication to the library.
6. Procedure for removing a publication from the bookstore.
Simply remove the entry from the shop.
